Each of our houses has its own Guest Information Guide, which you will find upon arrival. It includes useful information about your house, local recommendations, nearby restaurants and cafés, activities, emergency contacts, and everything you need to make the most of your stay.
If you cannot find the answer you are looking for, our reservations team will always be happy to assist!
Before Your Stay
How can I find the house?
Once your booking is confirmed, our reservations team will send you detailed arrival information and the location pin.
Seminyak, Bali
You can head directly to the house using the directions provided. Private parking is available.
Gili Meno, Lombok
A member of our team will meet you at Gili Meno Harbour upon arrival on your designated fast boat, escort you to the house, and assist with your luggage. Please note that weather and ocean conditions may occasionally affect fast boat schedules.
Impossible House, Bali
Our staff will meet you at the designated parking area, assist you with your luggage, and guide you along the short walking path to the house.
As the house is accessed on foot, the walk may be less suitable for very young children, elderly guests, or anyone with limited mobility.

Is breakfast included?
Breakfast is included at our Gili Meno houses and Impossible House.
Breakfast is not included at our Seminyak houses.
However, breakfast, meals and drinks can be ordered directly from our room service menu provided by Cafe Bali.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in at our Seminyak houses is from 2:00 PM, while check-in at Gili Meno and Impossible House in Uluwatu is from 3:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM.
Can we arrange airport transfer?
Yes, we can arrange airport transfers for you. Please send us your flight details in advance so we can arrange everything for your arrival.
Is breakfast available?
Breakfast is available at Impossible House and our Gili Meno houses. For our Seminyak houses, guests can order food through our room service from Cafe Bali. The menu is available in the guest information.
Which house is suitable for families?
Our houses are suitable for families. If you are travelling with young children, please let us know and we will be happy to recommend the most suitable house for your stay.
Can I request an extra bed?
Unfortunately, extra beds are not available.
Booking & Payment
How do I make a reservation?
You can book directly with us through WhatsApp or our website. Just send us your preferred dates and the house you’d like to stay in, and our team will assist you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We can provide the available payment options when making your reservation.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A 50% deposit is required to secure your dates, with the remaining balance due one month before arrival. If your booking is made less than one month before arrival, full payment is required to confirm the reservation.

How will I receive confirmation?
Once your booking and payment have been confirmed, we will send your booking confirmation by email. If you are communicating with us through WhatsApp, we can also send the confirmation there.
During Your Stay
Is housekeeping provided?
Yes. Our housekeeping team is available from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, Wi-Fi is available at our houses.
Can outside guests visit?
Visitors may be possible, but please let our team know in advance. For security and privacy reasons, we need to know who is visiting the property.
Who do I contact if I need assistance?
Our local team is available to assist you during your stay. You will receive our contact details and relevant information before your arrival.

How far are the houses from the airport?
Travel time depends on which house you are staying at. Our properties are located in different areas, so please contact us with your chosen house and arrival details and we can advise you on the best route.
Can you arrange transportation?
Yes. We can help arrange airport transfers, boat tickets, and local transportation depending on the location of your house.
Is parking available?
Parking availability depends on the individual property. Please contact us for details about parking at the house you are interested in.
